	Concert by students of The Colombo Trio　(at Mr. Monhemius house) "Twin celebration" of Second year of the Ambassador of the Netherlands and 24 years stay at Colombo of Mr. W. J .E.　Monhemius.　Mr.　Monhemius' s house is actually wonderful, it was originally designed by Bava famous designer of Sri Lanka for his own house. The Colombo Trio: Mr. Ananda Dabare (Vn), Ms Dishy Perera (Vc), Ms Ramaya de Livera Perera (P) These three players are main members of SOSL. Ms Ramaya is one of the prominent pianist in Sri Lanka. Her tones and nuance from old lady's College Hall are unbelievable. 	At a break during a rehearsal Mr. Manahana Virasinha in formal wear with tie even in a rehearsal. He was the soloist of Piano Concert No.2 Brahms. This second Piano concert seems to be very difficult to play, because it contains a lot of romantic sounds and the structure itself is very simple. Cello solo was played by Ms Dushy. ブラームスのピアノ協奏曲第二番のリハーサルのブレークタイム。ソリストの「マナハーナ・ヴィラシンハ」さんは、練習の時もキチンとした服装でネクタイまで締めていました。さすがです。レディースカレッジのオンボロピアノでのソロでしたが素晴らしい音がしていました。三楽章のチェロのソロは勿論「ディシュー師匠」でした。ブラームスの協奏曲は難しいですね。

Many players in SOSL play the Piano and String instrument and sing songs. サンサーンスのピアノ協奏曲のリハーサルです。ソリストのマネーカさん。マネーカさんはスリランカ交響楽団ではセカンドバイオリンを弾いています。歌も非常にお上手です。バイオリンパートの女性の方は副科目として習った方が多いみたいです。ソリストがいないときに代わりにピアノを弾いたり、アリアを歌ったりしてしまうのです。すごい方達です。

	Preparing the stage At Christmas concert, a lot of people have to be on the stage. クリスマスコンサートのステージ準備中。合唱団が入るし、ベートーベンの合唱幻想曲ではソロピアノをステージ前面に出さなくてはならないので大変でした。そういう「力仕事」は私の唯一貢献できる場面でした。

	The Chorus for Christmas Concert At dinner after concert they are singing and singing a lot of songs at restaurant I understand they actually love singing. コンサート後の夕食会でも、レストランにピアノがあったので、合唱団は歌いっぱなしでした。こういうときは合唱は便利ですね。

	After Christmas concert. My last concert in Sri Lanka. コントラバスのレイタンさんと記念撮影。１２月にコンサートでも汗びっしょりになりました。最後のコンサートだったの気持ちが入ったせいもあります。
